Hello. So today my phone fell to the floor off of a standard height desk. Long story short, I had the screen/lcd replaced last week. After the phone dropped, I now only have touch response to the top half of my phone, #5 and up, with no response #8 and down. Also, I have no sound to my earpiece and the connectivity to my cars bluetooth is funky. I can answer calls, but can’t talk on either my phone or the speaker in my car. I basically have no function of my phone, especially considering I can’t hit the numbers to unlock it. The only visible damage I could see was the cracked screen protector that I removed hoping that was the problem, which it wasn’t. Confused as to what this could be. Any help is appreciated! Thank you
The first thing to do would be rule out parts. If you don’t have access to another good screen you could at least disconnect the home button, front and rear camera connectors and see if it brings back full touch.
