So, I have an iPhone 7 Plus, it’s a customer’s device, so the speed is crucial, but the issue I am facing is that the screen works perfectly. touch and everything, until I push the screen down, when the screen is open, it’s working, but boot loops the second it’s pushed down.

Disconnect the top flex cable and seat the screen if it boots it will confirm a faulty top flex assembly and it will need to be replaced. This is the most common cause for the 7 series to boot-loop.  If it is not the top flex assembly it will be one of the other flex cables causing it, most likely the home button cable. The bottom cables cannot be replaced and require a replacement screen.

Several problems can cause the bootloop. if the restore didn’t work, you could have a battery or card failure. the battery may not have enough juice to pump into the operating system, in which case it will fail. the power button could be shorted. or you might have physical corruption in the image chip.
