Hi everyone. I have a board for repair.. but the board are different version.. I think its rare version, because on ZXW there in no information about this.. The board is present but without any information. I want to reball BB PMU but cant find where locate it? Someone plz help me to find it.. Thanks

I agree with Daniel, the BBPMU is in the same location. If you look closely at the image, you’ll note that the major IC’s are all in similar locations, except for the bottom right part of the board which contains the RF section. Just look for the marking of 9645 to confirm that it is the BBPMU.

If you can’t identify where the baseband PMU is then I’d strongly advise you NOT to replace it. Odds are that there is nothing wrong with your baseband PMU and this is misdiagnosis. For example, if you don’t know where it is, then how did you measure and test and determine that you have a problem with baseband pmu? What voltages were missing? Which lines were short? Tell us why you think you should replace baseband PMU.
