Hi I need help please with my iphone 7. Im getting all audio through the earpiece even when I put the speaker on during a call. I have replced the speaker with a know working one and still the same issue. Any ideas please?
Probably it’s a “typical” Audio IC failure, usually caused by iPhone bumping and /or flexing. Most times, audio related problem are caused by that chip and/or underlying rails that need to be rebuilt. No part replacement will make a difference, a board repair is needed.
