iPhone 7 Intel board with standard problem Audio IC. Job that have been done: removed chipchecked for connectionsrestored jumper to R1103New chip installed
The problem is that when phone is switching on - Apple logo bootloopAs soon I break installed jumper to R1103 - everything booting properly, except no voice recording. No Shorts been found. ** Checked with Thermal camera - nothing heating. Tried 3 controllers. Same issue.Power supplier showing nothing abnormal. Max 0.3 AmpAny ideas? Processor issue?
I found problem myself. resistor is broken next to the charging connector. someone break it when tried to disassemble motherboard
Have you completely ruled out parts? If jumper is removed it boots. If jumper is connected it brings other components into play like the front flex assembly and the charge port. I have been doing audio IC’s for a long time and have not run into the exact problem you are facing without the problem being parts. I have seen the D12 pad develop a crack or R1103 become nudged off the rear pad but none of them showed your symptoms but it might be an idea to check them.
