Hello my phone when plugged to power , will show that its charging when it is off , and it will turn on , but it will show battery percentage 3 , and will not charge further the phone was not dropped or anything one remark is from previous recent repair , there is some tiny scratches on the battery also when i plug it to usb multimeter , when it is off it charge with 0.5 amp when it is on it will charge with 0.001 amp is it a battery problem or IC ? thanks in advance for your help
You have to try a replacement battery, preferably one that is known-good in order to eliminate that as a possibility. If the replacement battery does the same thing, then you have a logic board issue.
