I cracked my phone and then was going to get my screen fixed and the guy took the screen off but I had bought the wrong replacement so he put my screen back on. At first it didn’t turn on but a day later it stayed on all night. The next morning it kept turning off and on. Now I got my screen replaced but the phone still won’t turn on. What’s wrong ?
Most probably it’s a backlight issue caused by working on the phone with battery still connected. Shine a bright light to the screen in a darker environment, if you see a faint image of your desktop or boot screen when turning it on that would give a confirmation of the fault. If that’s the case it needs microsoldering tools and skills to be repaired.
