IPhone 6s turned off detects Charging while on power does not charge does not detect. I replaced 2 times the u4500 chip with new and jumpered q4500s. After replacing now off, it absorbs 1-1.10 amps better than before it absorbs 30-50 amps .. but it does not want to know how to load. what could I check? Thanks

Replace Tigris chip. Check all lines in and out of that chip. Put back Q4500. Report back after doing the above.
