So a lady gave me an iPhone 6 that wont turn on. She said it had low battery so she charged with an iPad charger and left it overnight, however, when she tried to turn it on, it could’nt. I have tried the basic toubleshootings like, holding the power and homebutton and I have changed the dockconnector and the battery, but still no luck. It might need a board level repair but I have no idea what to do. Please help iFixit family :D.

If you are confident that the replacement parts (battery, charge port) were functional , then this looks like a potential charging IC (U2 / Tristar) problem on the logic board. However, because it doesn’t turn on, you really need to check the main voltage rails (PP_BATT_VCC & PP_VCC_MAIN) to see if they are shorted or not. Then check PP3V0_TRISTAR & PP1V8_SDRAM. If there are any problems with those rails, you need to find out why. It could be a shorted capacitor or a damaged PMIC. If you don’t have the tools to do this troubleshooting, then I suggest you find a qualified repair shop that does micro-soldering repairs.
