Using Iphone 6. For a few days now my wifi seems to be working very poorly. I am only able to connect to my router when I’m next to it! It used to detect tens of different routers in my house but now its down to one or two.. Should I replace my wifi antenna?

Maybe. You also may want to do a force restart first. Maybe even a dfu restore. Instead if jumping in and replacing the antenna. You also may want to try toggling airplane mode, off and on How to Force Restart an iPhone 6 Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable. Turn off the device. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds. Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds. Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button. More items… Hmm, kinda surprised they don’t have a guide for this. Remove the logic board using this guide, then remove the antennae on the back iPhone 6 Logic Board Replacement iPhone 6 Logic Board Antenna Flex Cable

Teun if you have dropped your phone recently it will probably end up being the antenna and I agree with @theimedic on staying away from cheap parts. Just some advice if you have never pulled the logic board out follow the guides exactly and keep track of the different screws. Also the antenna is very thin and flimsy so be very easy when removing the old one, I have unfortunately ripped the connector off the board side before, not good! I just replaced one with weak wifi actually the same as you are describing and once I was done it made a huge difference. Good Luck!
