My iPhone 6 has suddenly started shutting down even with 70% battery charge. It displays the Apple icon but will not restart until I connect it to a charger. In a few minutes it restarts itself. Battery was recently checked and is OK
I’d still try replacing battery, nobody on earth can tell for sure that the one you have right now is ok and what you experience is coherent with a faulty battery.
