I bought a locked iPhone 6 on eBay with a good oem screen to fix another iPhone 6 The locked iPhone 6 turned out to have some water damage. The oem screen appears to be dead. Do the connectors look bad in some way? Is it possible to fix this?

Upper connector, lower row, third pin from right to left is black and very likely your culprit. Unless you’re into microsoldering there’s nothing you can do to fix it.

Hi, In addition to @arbaman ‘s answer, the bottom connector top row, 3rd pin from the right either is broken or looks like something is laying across it (corrosion?) possibly connecting it to the 2nd and 4th pins

The connectors look fine. I’d double check that everything is assembled and the battery is connected. Does the original screen power on if you hook it back in? If so then you can confirm that the replacement you bought is dead. I don’t think a repair of the screen would be feasible though others might have additional troubleshooting steps to suggest. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help with this.
