Hi my iphone 6 resets randomly with every battery percentage and my battery health is 100% (3 month old).and when i opened the phone and disconnected the battery i find out the battery disconnects easily with no pressure and when i want to connect it again it jumps out after a while. So what can i do to solve this loose battery connector problem!?I’ve tried to put some paper under metal shield to apply some pressure on connector but its good for 1 day and the day after shut down / restart loop starts again.
Are you sure you got the right battery ? Sounds like the connector wouldn’t be the right one, it shouldn’t pop out when you release pressure. Correct iPhone 6 battery capacity should read as 1810mAh on battery wrapper.
Hey! It could be the battery that is faulty, i would try to put a new battery in and test it out. If that doesn’t work i would recommend looking at your warranty. You could be unlucky that they will deny you warranty because you already opened the phone.
