Hey … I have an iphone 6 that wont turn on . In the past the screen was flickering and when i touch it the screen goes black , the phone starts to heat up . I open it i look at the screen and after that nothing happend iphone 6 don’t give a sign of life. After a week i put it to charge and the screen was black but the phone works ( vibrate and even my clock alarm ring but nothing on the screen) . I restore it but now it dosn’t vibrate or other things . Please help. In the past battery was changed. (Sry for my bad english)
It sounds like your motherboard has water damage to the charging system. iFixit did a great video on what happens when a phone encounters water and the damage that is caused: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsDpALKQ… I cannot promise that your phone can be fixed since water damage is generally a death sentence for phones. But that video will give you an idea of what goes into actually diagnosing and fixing the problem. Usually with water damage, I repair the phone enough to do data recovery and make no promises beyond that. There are just too many things that get damaged and its not possible to track them all down and fix them.
