Some of the symptoms of my iPhone 6 plus are:
- WiFi grayed out - can’t even turn it on
- Bluetooth keep searching
- Location service is not accurate - use a different iPhone Find My Friends to track the location and thats how I find out about it
- Earset doesnt work when called via phone to phone but works with Facebook call. Any thoughts on these? EDIT: I’ve done most of the resets. In your opinion, what parts are conflicting with this? I’ve been told to replace to logic board.
That’s quite a list… My thought here is that there could be some water damage inside the phone. All of those subsystems are all in the same general proximity and in an area that is generally attacked first by water. Has anything happened to the phone prior to these issues? Did they all occur at the same time or over a longer period of time? Open up the phone and take a good look inside to see if there is any signs of water or other visible damage.
First, you should try to fix the problem by resetting the network settings. Just navigate to your iPhone by going to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. Resetting the network settings restores your iPhone’s Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Virtual Private Network, and other network settings to factory defaults. If the problem persists, you should have to replace your entire iPhone — if you go through Apple. (If you’re under warranty, by all means, go through Apple!)
