i went to put on the screen on a iphone 6 it all worked then the wifi greyed went on so i changed the attenna then put it back in and it still didnt fix it so i then put the cover on and all screws in the same spot n screen was still on then i went to close the phone it then shut off no back light or display on i have already tried another screen that works and still nothing and the screws have not damaged the board Update (03/22/2017)

Was battery unplugged at all prior to doing the repair or replugging of any cables? Sounds like a backlight filter has blown.
