Chosen Solution
I was watching YouTube and the screen turned black. The phone was hot but not so much to be considered. The problem is that the phone works absolutely fine except the screen. I can enter my passcode I can do everything but blindly. If anyone knows please let me know.
You would be best to try another screen first. Although it is probably a failed component on the backlight circuit which consists of. 1. Filter 2. Diode 3. Three capacitors 4. Driver IC 5. Coil. This job will require microsoldering.
