I recently got a little bit of water on my phone. I let it dry for three days, and it worked fine. About a month later, it started to not accept touch after about 30 minutes of use. I disassembled the phone and cleaned the logic board with alcohol and replaced the battery. I let it dry for 24 hours then reassembled it. At first, it would turn on, but then turn off and I couldn’t get it to go into DFU mode. When I came back to try again later that day, it is now completely dead. Suggestions?
Hi, Check the battery voltage. Maybe you have a problem with the Charging Dock flex cable. Check and clean the charging port and the flex cable connector to the logic board. Also check the battery connector on the main board and on the battery (it’s more good if you have a magnifying glass). Use a toothbrush to clean the connectors. Regards.
