i got an iphone 5s, screen is black. When plugged it in, the screen will flash logo once, then again black. i removed the battery and plugged it in, same thing, one flash. Any idea what could be the problem?
It’s either the battery, or you need to restore. Like the latter. Try this first Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable. Turn off the device. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds. Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds. Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
