my iphone 5s is stuck on a loop between the apple symbol and a red screen..it continuously goes back and forth between the apple symbol then a black screen then the apple symbol and then a red screen and its just on a loop…never starting up. what could the problem be? how can i get it to start up and open? any suggestions would be appreciated! thanks
Did it happen after the screen was replaced or screen assembly unplugged? If yes then I’m suspecting most likely the front camera ribbon cable assembly needs to be replaced. A damaged front camera cable causes red screen of death around 5-10 seconds during startup.
you have to replace the front camera/proximity cable assembly.
