Hi, My dad’s iPhone 5s had a black display. So I decided to restore it, but after restoring the phone wasn’t showing anything on the display. So I realised that the problem is with the display therefore I ordered a display from ebay. Now after changing the display iPhone does not turn on and iTuens does not recognize it. Anyone had this issue before? Please help me :(
It’s possible you have a bad screen from ebay as well. I dont use ebay, because of the terrible return policies of some of the sellers and questionable quality. You also could have a bad battery. I have seen the iPhone 5s and 5c have this issue. Double check all your connections, use a different charger and if none of those work, then it’s probably one of the two suggestions above.
