hello. my iphone 5s keeps on restarting since i updates to ios 10.3.3 a week ago. i tried all of the suggestions that i have found online - did hard restart via itunes, removed sim card, turned mobile date off, did reset the settings. the restarting started just after the update. it happens at the most random times and it doesn’t matter if i am using mobile date or wifi. after the hard reset the loop stopped for a day but then it came back. i must mention that i did drop my phone yesterday but it isn’t cracked just the second glass screen. in the report section the most mentioned key is “f2cd0552137a377272b15f6fa0df28a2a8da285b” which i can not find online. should i look into a battery change or go into a store?

The most recent drop may have caused this issue. Over the life of a phone, it can get dropped many, many times and we think nothing of it if the screen didn’t crack. At some point, damage to the logic board can occur such as cracked solder balls, broken connector pins etc. You have ruled out most of the potential software causes, I believe at this point you are facing a hardware issue. You could open up the phone and take a quick look around. Some look for debris or loose screws. Also inspect the flex cables for tears, even tiny ones. Focus your attention on the connectors of the logic board to see if anything is amis. Magnification is preferred for this kind of visual inspection. If you don’t feel comfortable doing this, consider bringing your phone to a shop, preferably one that does micro-soldering.
