Chosen Solution

Hi all! I have an iPhone 5s, recently the phone started doing weird suddenly. I put it on iTunes recovery mode to Factory Reset it but while doing that, the iPhone shut down and then it became extremely hot at the back of the logicboard/motherboarsd and iTunes couldn’t find the phone. I read the post (iPhone 5 wont turn on!!), but didn’t understand how should I clean the logicboard / motherboard. Can anyone link me to a youtube link for the solution? Thanks

If there’s overheating and no boot there’s a short to ground somewhere. If it feels like coming from the battery a replacement should solve your issue. If it’s coming from the logic board there’s no “cleaning” that may dispose of the short, you’d have to find the shorted component and replace it. Unfortunately it’s not a DIY job, tools and diagnostic skills are required and for an Iphone 5S at today’s used market prices would hardly be economically convenient to pay a Pro for the job.

Take a tooth brush and carefully clean the entire inside of your phone.

This is because of your charger. Some time due to old charger the motherboard get burnt. So take it to closest store where your iphone will be made https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWt8yOWehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCqU5QaI
