Chosen Solution
I swapped the screen on an iPhone 5s and now the battery isnt working properly, it doesnt get past 3% and when I tried a different battery it showed 100%. 3uTools shows it only has 100mAh and 0 charge cycles on both batteries. Any help would be appreaciated.
Take a close look on your logic board around where the battery connector is, possibly you knock of one small component or one is missing.
