while clearing out apps I received a call and the screen froze behind home screen and now wont turn on but suri still working but cant get to apps. home sceen reduced and the screen from the phone call cant be swiped away
Hold Home button + Power button for 15 seconds to perform a hard shutdown (force restart) of the device. See if that helps. What do you mean by home screen reduced?
