once my phone fell on the floor with the back glass and it broke. Since then I can’t turn it on. the screen is not cracked and the phone does not vibrate when I try to turn it on. What could be wrong?
Is it charged? Stupid I know but I’ve seen it before. Connect it to a computer and try turning it on and see if iTunes recognises it. Other option is open the phone, disconnect the battery, reconnect it then try turning it on. Try a soft reset, press volume up and release it, press volume down and release it then press and hold the power button for 20 to 30 seconds or until the apple logo appears.
