The Battery logo light shows up , but will not charge. Battery is so low it will not reboot by pushing Home and Power buttons. I have tried various other chargers and cables that are working on other iPads. It seemed to be charged and working fine but then went black and will not charge and/or start.
Sounds like the battery needs to be replaced. How old is the iPad? If it’s under a year and you have no physical dents on it then you might be able to leave it under warranty to Apple. If it’s over a year then try to leave it to a workshop that can give you a price quote before repair. Also, you could leave it with apple if it’s over a year old too and ask for a replacement unit but that might be a bit pricy.
