Hello ! my ipad is stuck in a boot loop, when I plug in the charger you can see the white screen with the black apple logo. nothing happens without a charger if you try to turn it on. One sees only briefly that the display goes on but it comes no apple logo, the screen remains black. I have already tried to put the ipad in the recovery mode, which works well. If I connect it to itunes then it will also be recognized, but it remains at the point of rest where “wait for ipad” comes. For me that looks like a hardware error or what do you think? Could it be a defective charging socket? I am thankful for every help.
It might be just the battery too if that’s worn out. Make sure you’re using a suitable 2A charger as well, if less powerful wouldn’t give enough power during boot phase.
