Hi, so my iPad air A1474 is not charging but works and screen turns on but whats weird is I looked inside charger port and seems clean and when power off and plug in charger port it powers on but still doesn’t charge battery. I decided to change charger port with a new one but still got same issue as seen in this video I made: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0o0truk0dh4hvq… Does anyone know what the issue might be and how to fix it? You probably have a faulty charging circuit..it doesn’t seem to be a battery issue. It may be the Tristar which is quite a common failure when low quality chargers/cables are used..or a bad Tigris, or anything around the two, there’s no way to tell without accurate testing.
