When ipad was updating operatting system something.9 the power went out half way through and stopped updating.when i came back to it the screen says itunes,as in connect to, and nothing happens , not even capable of going back to previous version, or restore..ipad is completely nothinged…stuck with a itunes that even when i plug it in to itunes dosnt continue loading the new then operating system…no restore no memory and nothing but sthe itunes connect on the ipad screen…What to do?

  1. first separately download the firwmare from here. http://www.iclarified.com/8500/where-to-…
  2. put your iPad into DFU mode https://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/DFU_M…
  3. Download 3utools from https://www.3u.com and install the firmware you installed in step 1.

Try to restore from another computer. Make sure your iTunes is up to date. Good luck
