will the 6th gen ipod classic headphone jack work in my gen5 160gb ? trying to get my ipod fix for my birthday
Yes I do believe that they are interchangeable, for as long as the HDD thickness is the same. You said you had a 160Gb; the iPod 5th gen only went as far as 80GB. My guess would be that you have the bigger drive, so yes, it should fit. Just wondering why you do not get a 5th gen since they are not really that expensive…Good Luck
