I purchased this battery a while ago and lost it. I found it again and decided to try to install as the laptop runs mainly on power cord. After installing the laptop would not start unless plugged into the power cord. It say that no battery is installed and is running on the cord. Did I purchase the wrong battery? What else could be of issue?
