When I press the power button continuously, the computer does not start ,making a “tick” sound about every 3 seconds. Battery connected, power cord connected. Tap f2 key or f11 key. Black screen. Please advise. Thank you.
“Power Adapter” is working.
Check the power adapter whether working or not
