The phone cuts off after just five rings
Hi @jimgray , Do you have a voicemail service for the phone number. If so, go to your phone provider’s website and search for how to extend the ring time before the calls get diverted to the voicemail service. The default setting for some phone companies is 20 seconds, but this can be incremented by 5 second intervals up to 60 seconds or more depending on the service provider
