Hello everyone, one quick question for you: did you ever had the problem of imprecise moulds used for aligning glass with LCD during the refurbishing process? I’m not talking about the aluminium ones, but the bakelite orange ones. Some days ago I was refurbishing an S4 LCD but the mould was too small for it and so when I pressed a little bit harder than usual BUM, LCD broke. Do you guys have any suggestion? Thanks Roberto

Yes some of these moulds are carved badly. The screen must lay in without any pressure. You can try to fix the mould with a knife oder screwdriver. I bought some mould from china and some are really nothing but crap.
