Hey guys my new iMac is randomly shutting down after about 5-10 mins. The power cord is fine not damaged. I have updated the device and also rolled back software just to test. Still no luck. Thanks for any help
You really have no options! Time to either go back to the seller of your system or go to an Apple Store. Make sure to bring your power unit as well.
