Hi, I have changed the HDD because my iMac 27 2015 was crashing with an SSD and still have same issue. I have reinstalled several times the OS (Mojave as well as Catalina) from scratch and changed RAM memory sticks and still have same error. Can anybody help me out ? Mise à jour (14/01/2021) I boot on Serial ATA Device: APPLE SSD SM0128G, 121,33 GB What do you suggest ?

If you look at your report at the very bottom you’ll find the hardware data Serial ATA Device: Samsung SSD 870 QVO 2TB, 2 TBSerial ATA Device: APPLE SSD SM0128G, 121,33 GB So which is your boot drive? I’m suspecting the 128 GB drive is and you’ve installed your OS onto your 2 TB drive, never fixing the issue here. Your blade SSD needs to be formatted and install your OS on to it. But you likely failed you break the Fusion drive set so the blade drive still thinks its married to the HDD it was mated to.
