hello my laptop is Acer aspire R5-471t , its been 2 years with me now when i put to sleep mode and then turn it on it shows this screen , the sound and mouse working but if i restart it the problem is solved it didn’t drop off or got water inside is it a software problem ? thanks in advance for your help
If this started happening after the latest Microsoft updates then try undoing them with System Restore to see whether that was the cause. Also, check whether there is a BIOS update available - that might fix it. As a simple work-around, you might find that closing the lid and opening it will kick the screen into life (provided you don’t have the power settings set to send it back to sleep on closing the lid).
