lost my contacts and email icons. How do I get them back?
@rbsz , R Bonasera, You can try this before a hard reset, you can reset your home screen in Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. Contacts and email icons will still be there probably, but may have got accidentally moved to another folder/file, so you could also search through your phone, find them and drag them back to home. Do a hard reset. Press and hold the power button and the volume down button until the Apple logo appears. Wait for it to reboot.
