i cannot reload the discs. i cannot get to the start menu. i cannot do anything. i do not have the password to access the computer. the discs just keep coming out. does anyone know what i am supposed to do? thanks, tom
Tom, You need to contact Apple either at the link I provide or call 1-800-sos-apple. If you live near one take it to an Apple store. Good luck http://www.apple.com/support/
