I believe I have a crack in the reservoir where the water flows into after coming from the tank? Any idea how to further diagnose and if so how to replace it? Update (01/23/2019)

If you look at the top of the resivoir there’s a water droplet that builds up. It seems to leak from the top of this section. I would dispense normal water out just to clear the tubes, but it won’t pump out and I observe a leakge at this location @jayeff

Hi @wiliam94 , It may be that the pump is not working that well. Does it eventually pump out all the water? Here’s a link to the ifixit Keurig 2.0-400 Mini Pump Replacement guide, which may be of some help. Replacement pumps are available online. Just search for mini pump (insert model number found on pump) to get results for suppliers. Here’s an example using the following information, mini pump cjp37-c12a5, which was taken from the pump images in the replacement guide link above. Your pump may be a different model etc. It is shown just to give an idea of what the cost of the part may be.
