Hi I like really really separated the lcd from the digitizer but it doesn’t have that blackish grey filter. What should I do with this to make it work again. Any tips or help highly appreciated Thanks
You need professional tools and skills to “refurbish” an iPhone 4/4S screen and’s totally not worth it seeing the price of the pre-assembled screen is $35 for the better quality that iFixit sells here with a lifetime warranty. There are cheaper options but the screens will have a much higher rate of failure even out of the box, and be more fragile.
Replace it with a new assembly. That is never going to function again. They are $20-$30 for a replacement.
From what I’ve heard, it’s impossible to successfully separate that model, of that color. Fortunately, Brian is right. A new assembly is still very cheap, as opposed to the 5 series parts, which are up 20%
