I just recently replaced iPhone screen but with a different color home screen now it was working now it completely blacked out
Did you disconnect the battery before removing the screen and connected it back only after the replacement LCD was in place? Forgetting about the battery can cause the backlight circuit on the logic board to get damaged. To be certain, shine a bright flashlight on the screen immediately after connecting the iPhone to a charging device. If you see a dim image, then the backlight circuit is not working. This could be caused by a defective screen or a logic board issue. You could try to re-install the original screen. If it works properly, then you have a bad replacement screen. If it doesn’t, then the issue is on the logic board.
