when I try to restore this phone is just keeps giving me error 9 code

Why did you put the phone in DFU mode; was there some kind of event such as a drop, repair or something else? Error 9 on an iPhone 6 can be NAND related. Under certain circumstances, the NAND can become corrupted and the only way to get it back is to reprogram it with a specialized device. This requires desoldering the NAND, programming it and soldering back into place. This is not a DIY repair. If DFU Restore fails, this is probably your only other option.

error 9 usually indicates a problem with the cpu. you would need to send it to someone that does a repair for this like repairlab on youtube
