I have recently had my screen repaired. My phone now goes to voice mail when someone tries to call the first time if they hang up and call back it will then ring and I can answer it. I carried it back to the place that replaced the screen and they said it was the server I don’t know how that is possible. Any suggestions.
You could try to reset the network settings and re-seat the SIM card as it sounds like a telephone service issue more than anything else. Settings/General/Reset/Reset Network Settings
