Chosen Solution
I had a non working ps4 and a working one - on the non working it just shut down after one sec (I know it means that the apu is not connected/working, by tightening the screws with washers I may fix it… but I couldnt do it cuase it was stripped) As I said, I stripped the screws cause I was dumb, but I wanted to check if the console is working so I used the screws from the working ps4 and now both of them are not working I will try to tighten it better (not sure I did it enough) Can anyone please help me?? Im really stressed out!!
Actually shut off after one sec is more likely to be a bad power supply. Try swapping the PSUs over if they use the same cable connector.
