Hi, I am not able to connect with my o2 cellular provider network. I can’t send messages or texts, but I can receive them. I have a Samsung galaxy note 3. Hope you are able to help me. Thank you! Your account maybe suspended. I would talk with your cellular provider (o2) to see if your account needs fixing you may need a new SIM card.
