i took apart my iphone 3gs replaced the vibrator but when i use vibrate it wont work. however when i squeeze the sided of my iphone hard it works. whats wrong?
The contacts on the vibrator motor or the logic board are probably dirty or not completely touching. Open up your iPhone again, clean the contacts with a dry cotton swab, and try again. Cheers.
