Chosen Solution
I have a Visio soundbar (SB3821-C6) connected to my Visio tv (M550SV). The sound changes to VERY LOUD with no apparent reason and so I had to disconnect it. Any suggestions?
Hi, Go to Menu > Audio > Advanced Audio > SRS TruVolume > and select either On or Off to check which setting resolves the problem
