How should I remove the battery? I tried pulling out with nose pliers. The bottom cover of battery is damaged .
Here is a disassembly video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKcLAiS5… You may need to take the camera apart partially to remove the battery. Be careful not to rupture it.
